Fall Orchid Auction, October 16th, 2022
Admission
Open to the public. To purchase auction items, cash and checks are accepted. No credit cards.
Location
Bubolz Nature Preserve, 4815 N. Lynndale Drive (County A), Appleton, WI, in The Lodge building, lower level. From the parking lot, follow the path to the west side of the building.
Time
Sunday, October 16th
- 12:00 pm – Setup and Plant Viewing
- 1:00 pm – Auction begins
What to expect
- Usually a wide variety of plants to choose from, many of which are divisions of larger plants from club members. Also orchid supplies are typically available.
- Some, but not all plants will be in spike or bloom.
- Many at very reasonable prices compared to buying a new plant at a show or from a vendor.
- Much more variety to choose from than Home Depot.
- Plus you can talk to the original plant owner to get growing tips.
